Cancellation Policy
Dear Guest,
Thank you for your interest and trust in Luna Tours & Hiking. In order to maintain availability and provide a high-quality experience for all guests, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings.

- Tour Rescheduling
Tours may be rescheduled with a minimum of 7 days’ notice prior to the scheduled tour date, subject to availability. Please contact us as early as possible to arrange a new date.

- Full Refund
A full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled tour date.

- 50% Refund
Cancellations made with 7 days’ notice prior to the scheduled tour date are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- No Refund
Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice are non-refundable.
- Deposit Policy
When a tour is reserved under a deposit payment, the deposit serves to secure and block the tour date exclusively for your reservation and is therefore non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date. This allows us to guarantee availability and proper planning for your experience.
The remaining balance, if applicable, will follow the cancellation terms described above.
