The cost of this PRIVATE EXPERIENCE is for up to four people — that means you only need to pay one ticket and can attend alone or with up to three companions. We offer convenient meeting points throughout Puerto Vallarta and Banderas Bay to make it easy for you to join the adventure, ensuring a smooth and stress-free start to your day. By car, we will leave Puerto Vallarta towards a small town called Las Palmas, where we’ll hike along the Carboneras River to reach Las Palmas Waterfall — our favorite waterfall in Puerto Vallarta. I’ll bring delicious and fresh snacks to enjoy during the hike. We’ll be hiking about 3 miles each way through the jungle on steep and uneven terrain — this experience is only for experienced hikers. The Sierra Madre is a beautiful, lush, and green rainforest filled with mountains and biodiversity. Home of the Green Macaw, it’s a must-visit for nature lovers visiting Puerto Vallarta. Completely out of the touristy area, this is a truly authentic jungle hike where we’ll cross the river a few times, climb a mountain, and swim at the stunning base of the waterfall. Make sure to dress properly for this hike (see my list of recommendations). Bring your swimsuit and enjoy the fresh, clear waters of the Carboneras River. After the hike, I’ll drive you back to your place with a big smile on your face after having accomplished this unique jungle adventure.
